**Roster:**7D7R FIFO ex Perth, Karratha and Broome
Fortescue is seeking skilled and motivated Plumbers to join our Infrastructure Services Team. Supported by the Infrastructure Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for providing safe, effective and timely repair and maintenance to all assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance on all non-processing infrastructure
- Diagnosing, repair and installation of commercial, domestic and industrial plumbing systems
- Scheduled maintenance and breakdown fault finding on a wide range of infrastructure equipment
- Liaise with the planning team to ensure planned maintenance schedule is implemented successfully
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with Fortescue’s Safety policy and procedures and in line with relevant Australian Standards
Qualifications and Experience
- WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence along with a Gas Fitting and Installation ticket
- Plumbers contractor's license (desirable)
- Minimum WA C Class Driver's Licence
- Machine and back flow prevention experience preferred
- Extensive maintenance & fault finding experience essential

**Roster:**7 days, 7 off - Role open to residential or FIFO options.
We currently have a vacancy for an experienced and motivated Plumber to join our Infrastructure Services Team. This permanent full-time position within our department will provide safe, effective and timely repair and maintenance to our equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience diagnosing, repairing and installation of commercial, domestic and industrial plumbing systems.
- Schedule maintenance and breakdown fault finding on a wide range of infrastructure equipment.

- Ensuring water quality is compliant with Department of health

About the Opportunity
Civeo are currently recruiting multiple Qualified Chefs to join our amazing teams located at our villages across the Bowen Basin, QLD. These positions are fulltime permanent offering the successful candidates a 14-7 roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook & present high-quality food & beverages to agreed menus and operating standards
- To maintain safe and hygienic food preparation and storage areas, including proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements.
- To carry out daily temperature checks of fridges, freezers, storage areas, deliveries, recording results and taking appropriate action if any fall below standard.
- To develop excellent product knowledge and advise guests and staff accordingly.
- To carry out work safely to company and statutory standards, including HACCP and ISO accreditations
- To work harmoniously with the Kitchen team and other Village teams
- To always apply safe work practices to contribute to the safety culture at Civeo.
About You
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualification (or equivalent) - International Qualifications must be Australian recognised & translated
- Demonstrated relevant work experience, preferably in the commercial hospitality industry
- Experience in remote work, high volume and fast paced kitchens
- Competence in batch cooking across all service offerings
- Strong communication, time management & organisational skills
- A great team player with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure
- Must be flexible to work across any shifts as required
- A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing
- Valid Australian work rights
- Current Driver’s Licence (highly regarded)

About the Opportunity
As the Executive Chef, you play a pivotal role in leading the culinary experience at the village, ensuring a seamless operation, and delivering a gold standard service. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing all kitchen activities, from the production and presentation of exquisite meals to maintaining ISO Quality Assurance Certifications. You will lead employee development, menu innovation, rostering, auditing, budgeting, and reporting to create a culinary masterpiece that delights guests and exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- To coordinate and oversee production and presentation of meal services, carrying out cooking duties where necessary, and utilizing computer systems for standard menus, costing and production planning.
- To follow and deliver Civeo standard seasonal menus and to promote the use of suitable seasonal, regional, & quality produce that reflects Civeo’s food standards.
- To ensure kitchen, stores and associated areas are presented in a neat & tidy manner at all times fit for public inspection.
- To actively participate in continuous improvement and innovation, driving best practice in the kitchen and contributing to ideas.
- To ensure a professional and service-based hospitality culture is maintained by the kitchen team with a focus on service quality.
- To measure individual and team performance, establishing development needs and succession plans, and regularly providing feedback to the team on the achievement of overall Kitchen and Civeo objectives.
- To undertake and provide to more junior staff, technical and other training as required, and to attend periodic team and individual meetings as required.
About You
- Demonstrated relevant work experience of at least 5 years in a kitchen leadership role
- A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification (or equivalent) and be able to produce relevant paperwork and certification (International qualifications must be recognised by an Australian Trade College)
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- An extensive knowledge of cooking in bulk catering & batch cooking in various cuisines
- Strong time management & organisational skills
- A strong leader with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Experience maintaining ISO Quality Assurance Certification
- Strong understanding and knowledge on advanced budgetary analytical skills
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
