About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to operate a twin boom Jumbo safely and efficiently, meeting production targets set within the mining cycle of underground development.
Personnel will be required to work in all sections of the mine and at all times work in a safe manner, with a high standard of workmanship.
About you
It is important that you have previous Twin Boom Jumbo experience and have the following attributes;
- At least 18 months frontline Jumbo experience working with Sandvik DD421 twin boom Jumbo’s in a production environment.

- Ability to work a 7:7 roster (12 hour- days and nights)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Technology Infrastructure Lead and functionally to the Process Control Lead the System Administrator Processing is responsible for ensuring the company’s OT Processing infrastructure, servers, networks and applications are fully functional whilst providing hands on technical expertise to the business. This role is dedicated primarily to the management and support of the OT plant processing infrastructure.
The primary responsibility of the Systems Administrator (Operation & Processing) is to maintain system availability and reliability as well as data integrity across the operation technology environments. This includes the configuration, management, and documentation of backup systems to ensure full data and system recovery in the event of a major disaster.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
System and Infrastructure
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the processing environment.
- Monitoring performance of hosts, servers, storage, network and systems.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of storage systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware to company requirements as required.
- Plan and implement new hardware/system into existing environment in collaboration with the Senior Data Centre System Engineer.
- Planning, implementing, and coordinating systems maintenance and back-ups in alignment with operational business requirements and needs.
- Maintaining currency level of system through automatic and regular patching
- Manage / administer servers and technology tools.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls, OT Active Directory management including AD policies.
- IT infrastructure support and Level 1/2/3 configuration tasks,
- Perform database administration in SQL and other proprietary databases and systems and collaboration with the MES application support engineer.
- Establish and maintain appropriate system and security controls, security levels and systems access.
- Monitor system and network performance in the processing environment.
MES and Processing Systems Administration
- Manage and administer MES and plant processing systems in collaboration with PLS Process Control System superintendent.
- Implement and manage Cyber security system in to maintain a stable secure plant processing environment, actively collaborating with the company Cyber Security Lead.
- Work with the Data analytics team to provide access to data from MES and OT systems used in the plant processing environment.
- Manage and monitor system access including remote access from external parties and vendors
Security, Backup and DR
- Implement, configure, monitor, and operate backup and DR systems for Processing environment
- Manage in house and off-site backups using
- Manage high availability for defined critical systems.
- Implement and manage Cyber security systems in collaboration and under the guidance of the Cyber Security Lead.
- Monitor systems backup to ensure backups are completed successfully.
- Establish and maintain appropriate disaster recovery procedures/processes, inclusive of backup regimes and manage regular DR testing.
- Perform restore and recovery action in the event of systems failure.
- Restore systems and data as required.
Governance
- Maintain accurate record of systems configuration and systems access.
- Build internal knowledge base with technical documentation, manuals, and policies.
- Create and maintain high quality procedures and system documentation where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance for all server and application software used.
- Maintain software details in the asset register.
- Develop system and standards and templates as required.
Service Delivery & Support
- Troubleshoot System issues and outages triaging task to specialist when necessary.
- Provide level 2/3 escalation for the desktop and helpdesk teams in relation to desktop and engineering workstation in Processing environment and control room.
- Diagnose and resolve server-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams.
- Assist and mentor Helpdesk and level 2 support staff as required.
- Assist with the monitoring of the job queue status and availability of resources to ensure service levels are maintained.
- Liaise with service providers and progress improvement to service levels for the company
ABOUT YOU:
- Tertiary qualified in Information Technology / Information Systems with up-to-date industry certifications

Key Responsibility

The Mine service's team at Eliwana ensures that mining can operate below the water table and to ensure the site water and power demand has an uninterrupted supply.
Reporting to the Mechanical and Operational Supervisor, this position offers a key role for Fortescue’s Eliwana Mine Services Power and Water team focusing on maintaining water assets which includes centrifugal pumps, portable generators, submersible pumps, isolation, and control valves.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs on the Entire Eliwana water system including pipe work, valves, tanks and control valves.
- Diagnostics and fault finding of the above system.
- Prioritise and attend breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime
- Removal and installation of Multistage Bore Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, fire pumps and Isolation and controls valves
- Refuelling of generators and pumps
- Operating Wheel loader (WA430) and Excavator (PC290)
Qualifications and Experience

Reporting to the Mechanical (Mobile)Supervisor at St Ives, you will be

About the role:
- Always act in a manner that seeks to enhance the safety culture and performance of GFA and ensures that the Vital behaviours, safety procedures and policies are always adhered to
- Replenish fluids in the field and assist with the maintenance of all mobile equipment, including refuelling and lubing, identifying faults on equipment during preventative maintenance servicing as directed by the supervisor.
- Work with operations and dispatch teams to ensure that equipment servicing is completed at the optimum time during the shift with the least impact to production activities
- Maintain a working knowledge of all task instructions and procedures and ensure that these are consistently adhered to when carrying out maintenance tasks, assisting colleagues to do the same.

- Previous experience in Komatsu and Caterpillar fleets (desirable)
- Holding a valid WA drivers license is mandatory; HR preferred

The opportunity
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Operator Maintainer Technician – HV to support our Power Plant team. This is your chance to be part of something new and exciting in the Pilbara. This role will be on a permanent basis, 2/1 FIFO day shift roster FIFO from Perth to Cape Preston.
In this role you’ll be responsible for the operation, maintenance, technical fault finding, HV switching and improvements to the HV Power network, including generation, transmission and distribution networks in order to ensure consistent and reliable power supply, as well as ensuring the safe operation of high voltage equipment and systems.
As an Operator Maintainer Technician – HV you will also analyse complex technical systems, determine the cause of malfunctions and contribute your specialist advice to identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, reducing waste and optimising resources.
To be successful in the role you must have the following qualifications:
- It is essential that you have at least 3 years power network operations and maintenance experience
- Candidates with trade qualifications (Electrical) will be looked upon most favourably,
- Experience in HV equipment operations, maintenance and testing. Including sound knowledge of in HV operational and isolation procedures
- High voltage switching ticket is desirable
- Sound understanding of power system protection equipment and its operation
- SAP Maintenance Management System experience is desirable
- A current WA Manual Drivers licence is an essential requirement
In addition you will perform maintenance, improvements and technical fault finding.

Our team is growing and we are currently seeking a Workforce Planning and Mobilisation Administrator to join our team based in our Balcatta office on a Full Time permanent basis.
The Workforce Planning and Mobilisation Administrator is responsible for managing the requests and allocation of a casual workforce across our resources Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) sites.
This role ensures the efficient and effective deployment of casual employees to meet operational requirements while maintaining compliance with workforce policies and training obligations. The position also works closely with recruitment partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of casual workers are maintained to fulfill operational demands.
As part of the above role, you will be working closely with our site based Operations teams, People and Culture Business Partners, Finance and our internal Talent team. The role will also require maintaining relationships and networks with client representatives and labour suppliers and subcontractors.
The Position:
- Coordinate the allocation and rostering of casual workers across multiple sites.
- Monitor workforce requests from operations and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of casual employees, including availability and site allocations.
- Coach operations and placemakers in regard to standards with UKG (Kronos) and accurate punching.
- Maintain a current and detailed knowledge of relevant Awards and EBA’s
- Collaborate with recruitment partners to ensure an ongoing pipeline of casual workers.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring all new casual employees complete necessary inductions and pre-employment requirements, and maintain ongoing training and compliances required.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts to align with operational needs.
- Track and manage training records, coordinating refresher courses as need
- Serve as the primary liaison between operations, HR, and recruitment partners regarding casual workforce needs.
- Provide regular workforce reports and insights to management.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Mining Production department is looking for a motivated Production Excavator Operator to join our great team.
Reporting to the Mining Production Supervisor, this position offers you the chance to hone your Digging skills in a hard rock mining environment, using a variety of selective mining techniques, and really taking ownership of your pit.
As a valued member of our Mining Production team, you’ll work safely and collaboratively towards delivering targeted production outcomes and offer guidance and direction to your Truck and Ancillary operators.
This is a permanent position, with an 8/6 7/7 roster based at our Pilgangoora Operation.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operating heavy surface mining equipment, primarily 200T+ production Excavators in a hard rock open-cut mining environment.
- Maintaining targeted dig rates, with a focus on ore hygiene and selective mining techniques.
- Effectively and efficiently manage Dump Truck cycles.
- Working in a collaborative manner with a Can-Do attitude and following industry best practices.
- Actively contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Assist with undertaking other tasks and operating mobile machinery as required.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience operating 200T+ Excavators, ideally CAT 6020 Dig Units or similar, in a hard rock mining production environment.
- Experience facing-up ore and the ability to focus on hygiene when mining ore to avoid contamination.
- Experience operating other mining machinery such as CAT Track Dozers, Graders and Loaders is advantageous.
- A flexible approach to work and helping others, including operating other machinery and regular hot seating activities.
- A strong focus on safety and best practices within the mining industry.
- The ability to work 12.5-hour shifts, including nights.
- A current WA Driver’s licence: HR preferred.

South Flank is BHP's newest iron ore mine, and the biggest in 50 years. It expands existing infrastructure at Mining Area C, adding 80 Mtpa of new crushing and screening capacity, an extensive overland conveyor system, expanded stockyards and new train loading facilities to form the largest iron ore hub in the Pilbara region. Its brand new mining fleet is the biggest and best in class, and has been converted to autonomous operation, in line with South Flank's future-facing design.

Mining Production Excavator Operators with proven work history operating any of the following machines with additional experience with the Komatsu Frontrunner AHS in an open pit hard-rock mining environment will be highly regarded.
